Rating the product a 5 because even though the VOD and Series were prematurely launched with hiccups, Frank provided the developers the necessary feedback to remove the upgrades until they were perfected. Frank continues to go above/ beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and perfection, which is a rare find today. At the end of the day, I challenge anyone to find a better product at a better price and with the five-star experience Frank provides.
